Johannesburg, South Africa We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage all human resources functions within the organization. This is a remote role; however, the successful candidate must be based in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR strategy, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with South African labour legislation. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Manage the full recruitment and onboarding process Handle employee relations, including disciplinary processes and conflict resolution Ensure compliance with South African labour laws and company policies Drive performance management, including reviews and KPI tracking Implement training and development initiatives Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination Monitor employee engagement and retention strategies Maintain accurate HR records and reporting Provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 5–10 years’ HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation Proven experience across recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities High level of confidentiality and professionalism Salary: R30,000 – R40,000 CTC per month Work Model: Fully Remote Location Requirement: Must be based in Johannesburg #J-18808-Ljbffr
