We’re looking for someone who’s ready to own our Google Ads offering and support new initiatives across Amazon Ads and Store Management. Role Overview We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with deep experience in Google Ads and the ability to manage client accounts independently, from onboarding to optimisation. You’ll also have the opportunity to support growth into Amazon Ads and eCommerce Store Management—bonus points if you’ve worked with those channels too. Most client communication happens via email, so written clarity and promptness are essential. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work autonomously, take initiative, and drive performance. Responsibilities Google Ads Management : End-to-end ownership of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMAX, and Display. Setup, tracking, GTM, and performance reporting. Ongoing campaign optimisation, testing, and strategy development. Provide regular performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations via email. Troubleshoot tracking issues and suggest improvements. Amazon Ads & Store Management : Assist with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting on Amazon Ads; support store management, including product listings and merchandising. Internal Process Ownership : Streamline setup processes and reduce time spent on operational grunt work; flag inefficiencies and help build lean systems to scale ad operations. Requirements Must-Haves: 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, PMAX, GTM). Proven ability to manage ad accounts from onboarding through to optimisation. Strong email communication and client-facing professionalism. Self-sufficiency and initiative—comfortable working without micromanagement. Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Amazon Ads and/or Amazon Store Management. Familiarity with broader performance marketing tools and reporting platforms. Experience in a lean startup or small agency environment. Work Schedule 9am - 5pm UK time (10am - 6pm SAST) Monday to Friday Pay & Benefits Monthly Salary: R28,000-R35,000 A high-trust environment where you can truly own your work.
