The group is known for premium retail experiences across South Africa. Key Responsibilities Cash desk duties with zero variance. Daily cash control and banking processes. Manual transaction handling when required. Daily stock procedures and weekly stock counts. Customer order management and timely fulfilment. Maintaining storeroom organisation and shoe pairing exercises. Providing a premium shopping experience with expert product knowledge. Building strong customer relationships and upholding luxury standards. Requirements Matric / Grade 12 (essential). 6 months – 1 year retail experience, preferably in luxury or fashion retail. Passion for high‑end fashion, footwear and customer engagement. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and peak trading hours. Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
