Purpose of the Position Integrity NDT Projects has an opening for the Technical Sales Consultant position. Dynamic and results‑driven Technical Sales Representative with expertise in Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) solutions. Skilled at bridging the gap between technical services and client needs, ensuring that Integrity NDT Projects delivers innovative inspection and testing solutions to industries such as oil & gas, mining, power generation, and manufacturing. Adept at building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue growth through technical knowledge and consultative sales strategies. Direct Reports: General Manager Office Location: Integrity NDT – Mpumalanga - Middelburg Duties and Responsibilities Promote Integrity NDT Projects’ portfolio of inspection and testing services to new and existing clients. Provide technical guidance on NDT methods (ultrasonic, radio graphic, magnetic particle, dye penetrant, etc.) and their applications. Develop tailored proposals and quotations based on client requirements. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure seamless service delivery. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging industry trends. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Required Skills & Competencies Strong technical understanding of NDT methods and applications. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver customer‑focused solutions. Business development mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Qualifications and Requirements Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical field (preferred). Certification in NDT methods (Minimum Level 2 in two methods); surface and volumetric certification will be advantageous. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within inspection or engineering services. Experience in various industries: Power Generation, Oil and Gas, Water, Mining, Manufacturing. Valid driver’s license. Personal Attributes Self‑motivated and target‑driven.
