Provide first- and second-line IT support to end users, resolving hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment. Build, maintain, and optimize computer systems and network infrastructure to ensure reliable performance and business continuity. Diagnose and resolve technical faults, escalating complex issues where necessary. Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches. Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization. Manage user accounts, passwords, access permissions, and email configurations. Support network connectivity, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet-related issues. Perform regular system maintenance, backups, and recovery procedures to safeguard business data. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support tickets, system changes, and technical documentation. Assist with the procurement, setup, and deployment of new hardware and software. Ensure compliance with company IT policies, security standards, and best practices. Provide end-user training and guidance on systems, applications, and IT security awareness. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT, with at least 2–3 years in a management or senior role. Proven experience managing and supporting enterprise IT infrastructure. Technical Expertise Microsoft 365 administration and security, including Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Microsoft Defender for Office 365. Identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Endpoint management using Microsoft Intune (device compliance, policies, security baselines) SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business administration and governance. VoIP systems management and troubleshooting. Network infrastructure management, including Ubiquiti wireless environments. Firewall and security management, preferably FortiGate (including VPNs, policies, and web filtering) Understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, VLANs, routing, DNS, DHCP).
