KEY RESPONSIBILITIES During the graduate programme, the successful candidate will gain experience and competence in the following:Supporting the engineering team by performing technical tasks Providing technical support in electrical, automation, and mechatronic systems Assisting with engineering projects related to electrical installations, control systems, and automation Collecting, monitoring, and analysing production and equipment performance data Preparing technical reports, documentation, and performance summaries Participating in troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives for electrical and automated machinery SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Good communication skills Ability to understand technical concepts Self-disciplined and conscientious approach to work Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and within a team Ability to perform physical work when required MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 / Matric BTech / Advanced Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering Candidates must have obtained a minimum academic average of 65% and above in their qualification Strong interest in electrical systems, automation, and manufacturing environments Computer literacy will be advantageous
