Reconciling revenue reports to deposits and VAT at the end of the month with Xero. Reconciling bank accounts. Overseeing creditors clerk and stock department. Produce rental and recovery invoices. Posting all journals in Xero. Maintain fixed asset register. Produce management accounts monthly. VAT submissions. Releasing of payments. Reconciliation of Yoco and FNB statements to revenue reports. Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification preferred. Proven experience as a Financial Accountant in the hospitality/FMCG industry. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong preference will be given to an individual with experience on Xero. Lightspeed (stock system) knowledge, highly advantageous.
