Our client is seeking a qualified HVAC Technician with proven experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial and residential HVAC systems. Required Experience Installation Split DX systems (mid-wall, cassette, under-ceiling, ducted) DX units: console, rooftop, floor-standing, window Refrigeration, PEX, condensate & PVC drainage piping Air conditioning & ventilation ducting, fans, diffusers & grilles VRV Pumps Chilled water, condenser water & condensate pumps Maintenance & Repairs Chilled water systems (2-way & 3-way) Condenser water systems & cooling towers Chillers, DX units, pumps & ventilation systems Electrical & control circuits VRV Components Compressors, expansion valves, coils, fans, motors, pumps Valves, solenoids, filters, belts, bearings, thermostats Electrical components & switchgear Other Duties Preventative maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, pressure/amp checks) Client liaison Unit relocation (pump-down) Operating BMS and setting system set points Kindly regard your application as unsuccessful if you have not heard from the agency within 2 weeks.
