The Concierge will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Greet residents and guests warmly and professionally. Manage front desk operations, including phone calls, emails and visitor logs. Coordinate deliveries, mail and packages. Assist residents with requests such as booking taxis and shuttles, restaurant reservations, and local services. Monitor building access and ensure security protocols are followed. Liaise with maintenance and housekeeping staff to address resident concerns. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Handle emergencies calmly and efficiently, following building procedures. Keep up-to-date records of resident information and preferences. Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of Cape Town’s local attractions, restaurants, services and transport options. Professional and presentable. Own / reliable transportation. Matric certificate required. Hospitality or customer service experience would be beneficial. Experience in residential / hotel environments is highly advantageous. Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus. Must be available to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
