Oversee financial management and reporting across a large property portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Partner closely with the Asset Manager to support feasibility assessments, acquisitions, and disposals Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts for major developments and portfolio assets Develop detailed financial models including rental projections, cost structures, and return assumptions Conduct sensitivity analysis across key drivers such as vacancy, escalation, and funding assumptions Oversee covenant calculations and reporting for lender submissions Lead and manage the full debtor function, including billing, collections, and credit control Engage with tenants and internal teams to resolve escalations and optimise collections Coordinate yearâend audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Drive innovation within finance through system improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting Review and analyse portfolio performance, including hospitality and mixedâuse assets Collaborate with executive stakeholders, funders, and operational teams Skills & Experience: Minimum 710+ years experience within property finance environments Strong exposure to largeâscale property portfolios - retail, commercial, or residential Proven experience in debtor management, billing cycles, and collections Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting capability Strong knowledge of property systems, with MDA highly preferred Commercial mindset with strong analytical and problemâsolving ability Ability to operate effectively in a fastâpaced, highâvolume environment Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability Qualification: BCom Accounting OR Finance OR Equivalent CA(SA) Designation Advantageous For more information connect with us on
