Location: Pretoria Salary: Market related, PLUS fuel and cell phone allowance, PLUS 13th Cheque Type: On-site, in the office Overview A dynamic local agri-trading business is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Administrator to support its trading and execution functions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that contracts, logistics coordination, and financial processes are accurately managed and executed within tight deadlines. You will work closely with Traders, Logistics/Execution, and Finance teams to ensure seamless transaction flow from contract creation through to delivery and payment. Duties: Capture and send contracts Request daily information from clients and producers and capture it in the system Calculate transport payments according to the payment schedule Inform traders of unpriced contracts so they can contact producers in time to set prices Forward queries to Logistics/Trade Execution regarding weight/contract discrepancies and transport rates Request PODs (Proof of Delivery) for loads with discrepancies Provide information to Finance to ensure invoices and payments are processed on time Ensure all queries are submitted promptly to avoid delays in processes Maintain records of deliveries, contracts, and supporting documents Handle FICA documentation for clients and producers and upload it to the system Requirements 2–4 years’ experience in a similar Trade Administration / Logistics / Finance support role Exposure to commodity trading, agriculture, or logistics environments is highly advantageous Strong numerical ability with attention to detail Experience working with contracts, reconciliations, and data capturing Proficiency in Excel and internal systems If you have not received any feedback from us within 5 working days please consider your application unsuccessful. **By sending your CV along with other additional documents you give consent to HWR to process and retain your personal information for the current opportunity as well as for future opportunities**
