Retail Sales Manager (Digital Printing) Location: Pretoria East Responsibilities Allocating sales targets and ensuring that they are achieved Ensuring staff always deliver excellent customer service Adhering to merchandising standards Managing staff effectively; inspire, motivate, and develop the staff complement to drive sales and excellent performance Maintaining work procedures and holding staff accountable when standards are not met Being responsible for the day-to-day running of operations and sales Providing daily reporting on sales to staff and management Ensuring that all employees have ongoing training and development, including excellent product knowledge Providing innovative and impactful business initiatives to increase trade in our retail store Managing staff on a day‑to‑day basis, finding new ways to improve sales, and meeting customer demands Requirements Matric Certificate Good computer skills (Excel, email) Effective communication at all levels in both English and Afrikaans Proven record of exceeding sales targets, and at least 5 years previous management experience Ability to establish good working relationships and work well in a team Ability to work Retail Hours, total of 195 hours per month according to a shift roster Valid driver's license and own transport Remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances Basic HR knowledge Very energetic and passionate about the team reaching their targets Able to lead and mentor the team in a way that reflects that passion and transfers across Detail‑oriented, positive, hands‑on “can do” attitude, and ability to work in a team environment Willing to work on weekends and public holidays Send your CV and latest pay slip to ATripleA Recruitment and Temps #ATripleA #recruitment #vacancy #retail #sales #Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
