Responsibilities Ensure the efficient and profitable running of all F&B outlets by carefully planning, controlling and coordinating operational standards and procedures. Maintain consistent and satisfactory guest service, delivering products and services in line with established five‑star standards. Take responsibility for sales, expenses and profit goals as outlined in the departmental strategy and budget, while delivering impeccable service. Plan, upskill and develop F&B team members continuously. Procure, manage and control all F&B inventory and operating equipment. Prepare reports and provide relevant information to the General Manager. Adhere to the work cycle of 21 days on, 7 days off and remain flexible to operational changes. Qualifications Clear criminal record. Excellent employment track record with references verified. Hotel School Diploma or equivalent in Hospitality, Food Service or F&B Management – mandatory. Solid experience as an F&B Manager in a five‑star environment with a proven history of delivering memorable guest experiences. Attention to detail and a guest‑centric approach in everything. Knowledge and experience with stock control and POS systems. Ability to multi‑task, work in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines. In‑depth knowledge of the latest food and beverage trends and best practice. Excellent communication skills and developed emotional intellect.
