This is a career‑defining opportunity to lead the entire digital channel ecosystem for a vast and influential organization. Reporting directly to the Executive level, you will be the architect of the multi‑year strategy governing our App, Web, and high‑engagement messaging platforms. Requirements Degree in Business, Commerce, or related field. Postgraduate qualification (MBA or equivalent) preferred. 10+ years in digital leadership, strategy, or commercial roles, ideally within a platform or multi‑sided marketplace environment. Proven track record owning and managing a P&L for a digital business or product line. Demonstrated success in transitioning a business unit from a cost‑allocation model to a commercial, revenue‑generating entity. Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships at an executive/Group level. Deep expertise in Platform Economy dynamics and multi‑tenant commercial structuring. Strong strategic agility demonstrated by the ability to articulate and implement long‑term platform visions.
