Role Overview The role involves bookkeeping, accounting, and reporting services for a portfolio of Private, Corporate, and EBT Client entities administered by TMF. The role holder will undertake directed work and take responsibility for meeting deadlines. Key Responsibilities Undertake bookkeeping for private and corporate clients and conduct detailed reviews of own work prior to submission for review by the Senior Accountant. Demonstrate competence with all accounting work and progress to more complex cases and increased volume as knowledge of the entities and accounting standards grows. Maintain proactive communication to ensure the Accounting Manager is kept appraised of the status of all deliverables. Work closely with counterparts on other teams to ensure seamless and coordinated service delivery. Maintain files in accordance with internal policies and procedures. Proactively look to develop own skills within the wider business and assist other teams. Perform any other ad‑hoc duties or projects as requested by the Accounting Manager. Key Requirements 2‑5 years’ experience in the financial services industry. Previous bookkeeping experience is required. Previous client accounting or fund accounting experience would be an asset. Have commenced or intend to commence study toward completion of a professional accountancy qualification. Ability to plan and organise oneself to meet challenging deadlines.
