Outbound Outreach: Execute strategic outbound campaigns via email and phone to generate interest in Optimal AdvisorAI's solutions. Craft compelling and personalized messages to engage prospects and articulate the value proposition. Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales executives with qualified prospects. Effectively manage calendars and ensure seamless coordination. CRM Management: Accurately log all activities, track leads, and maintain data integrity within the CRM system. Generate reports and provide insights on lead generation performance. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and messaging. Provide feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes. Minimum Requirements Driven & Self-Motivated: Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
