The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of Food Processing Technology (FPT) equipment at our customer's site. This role requires a strong technical background and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.**Responsibilities for this Role:*** Perform maintenance and repairs on FPT processing equipment.* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.* Maintain proper inventory of leased machinery parts and chemical use at packinghouses to assure machinery down time and customer complaints are kept to a minimum.* Work with Technical Service to ensure correct application of JBT chemicals.* Provide site support with maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and support with new projects.* Identify sales opportunities and pass this information onto our Sales Manager.* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.* Provide technical support and training to customers.* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.**Qualifications/Experience Required:*** Qualified Fitter & Turner (Red Seal)* Min 3 years' experience in machine servicing within food processing plants.* Mechanical, electrical, or controls understanding.
