Hire Resolve's client is looking for a full-time on-site Senior Technician based in Cape Town, WC. The Senior Technician will be responsible for the below. Responsibilities Understanding of pos systems Add and register employees Reporting and site management Setup and manage pos databases Integrate third party services Configure network and serial printers Technical troubleshooting and day to day support Microsoft operating systems from Windows 11 up until Windows Server 2022 but not limited Ability to build, maintain and repair computers, laptops and servers Strong fundamentals of networking and understanding of WLAN, VOIP, WAN and LAN environments. Design, configure and maintain network infrastructure i.e. Fortinet, Mikrotik, L3 network switches, Dell Servers, etc. but not limited Requirements Punctual and Presentable Strong work ethic and quick learner Ability to work under pressure and motivated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT NB.
