This is a senior, multi-site role suited to an HR professional who is equally comfortable shaping people strategy and rolling up their sleeves on day-to-day HR operations. The successful candidate will work closely with General Management and department heads to drive consistent HR practices, a positive workplace culture, and operational excellence across the cluster. Core Criteria Mauritian citizen (non-negotiable) Proven experience in a Cluster or multi-property HR Manager role within luxury hospitality Strong working knowledge of Mauritian labour law and HR compliance requirements Experience managing the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training Solid understanding of payroll coordination and benefits administration Demonstrated ability to handle disciplinary processes, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally and impartially Experience with HR systems, reporting, and workforce analytics Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and ethical conduct Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple properties simultaneously Core Responsibilities Manage day-to-day HR operations across both properties within the cluster Ensure consistent implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures Lead recruitment for both management and operational positions, including interviews, onboarding, and induction Partner with department heads to identify and address staffing needs proactively Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, misconduct investigations, and conflict resolution Advise managers on labour law compliance and HR best practices Identify training needs and coordinate learning, development, and succession planning initiatives Oversee performance appraisal processes and support managers with coaching and performance discussions Support payroll coordination, benefits administration, and compensation benchmarking #J-18808-Ljbffr
