Job Description Manage and control all inventory movements, including products and consumables Conduct regular stock takes and ensure accurate stock records Investigate and resolve stock variances and discrepancies Prepare weekly and monthly inventory reports and analysis Identify trends and provide insights on stock performance Support plant management with stock-related financial information Ensure accurate documentation and coordination with the creditors team Supervise stock take teams and maintain effective team performance Skills & Experience 2+ years experience in client engagement/ customer services/ project administration/ coordination Knowledge of FICA, KYC, AML, and POPIA requirements – NON-NEGOTIABLE High attention to detail Able to manage high volumes Strong communication skills Qualification Matric + experience Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Finance/ Compliance/ or related – HIGHLY ADVANATGEOUS #J-18808-Ljbffr
