Requirements: Grade 12; FAIS Accreditation (NQF5 & RE5) completed; At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in a crop insurance environment; Experiene relating to short term insurance specific software will be an advantage; Experience in building relationships with stakeholders; Valid drivers license. Skills : Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English; Strong numerical skills/Accounting background or exposure; Strong analytical skills; Logical approach to problem solving; Good interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Monitor and control the administrative function; Monthly reporting including crop summary reports and directors’ reports; Checking and ensuring compliance regarding insurance policies and procedures; Monitor and control quotation processes and claims function; Responsible for premium payments and timeous management and allocation of claims monies; Liaison with Insurers, including underwriting queries and claims settlement; Supervise and problem solving of admin function #J-18808-Ljbffr
