The Role: Digital Designer This role exists to create meaningful stories that capture an audience and deliver high-quality brand content that meets strategic objectives and drives engagement. You will be required to work independently to take ownership of creating content such as web design, motion graphics, and animation across various digital platforms. The main focus involves playing a key part in transforming the digital customers' experience by producing quick-hitting, trending concepts under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Create meaningful stories and brand content to drive engagement across digital platforms. Design and produce content, including web design, motion graphics, animation, and brand campaigns. Develop quick-hitting, trending concepts that meet the strategic objectives of the brand. Enhance motion graphics with effects and design elements. Manage high-quality work outputs while working to tight deadlines under pressure. Support team goals through a collaborative mindset. Utilize WordPress and Shopify for web design projects. About You Recognised qualification in Digital Design, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field. Strong motion graphics skillset with the ability to create engaging, high-impact content. Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, working on the macOS platform. Ability to conceptualise quick-turnaround, trend-driven creative ideas for digital platforms. Skilled in elevating motion graphics through effects, transitions, typography, and design detail. Strong understanding of how AI tools are influencing and enhancing the future of digital design. Positive, collaborative mindset with a team-first approach. Advantageous - experience with Adobe Firefly, videography and Adobe Premiere Pro, and exposure to web design platforms such as WordPress and Shopify.
