Requirements: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field 35 years experience as a Business Analyst within IT or digital projects Strong understanding of SDLC and project methodologies Experience with tools such as: Microsoft DevOps, FreshService, SmartSheets Working knowledge of SAP ERP, Java, Python, or other enterprise platforms Key Responsibilities: Business Requirements AnalysisEngage with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document business requirementsConduct workshops, interviews, and process analysis to understand business needsTranslate requirements into clear functional and non-functional specificationsSolution Design & DocumentationDevelop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flowsCollaborate with IT and development teams to design effective system solutionsEnsure traceability between requirements, solutions, and testing outcomesProject Delivery & ImplementationSupport project planning, scope definition, and delivery milestonesParticipate in system testing, UAT coordination, and end-user trainingAssist with change management and post-implementation reviewsContinuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and digital transformationEvaluate technologies and recommend improvements aligned with business goalsStay up to date with best practices such as Agile, Scrum, and WaterfallStakeholder EngagementAct as a liaison between business users and technical teamsFacilitate communication and ensure alignment on deliverablesProvide regular updates and manage stakeholder expectations
