Responsibilities Ensure machine settings and operations are correct, or adjusted, to ensure that a perfect filled bottle is produced with the right quality specification from the preforms manufactured at Twizza; while managing waste streams, and machine availability. Run the blower, the filler and mixer. Change flavour at the mixer, filler, and blower, following SOPs. Perform a 50‑bottle run startup and verify product quality:Taste Colour Brix CO2 During flavour change drain caps if necessary and ensure all are drained. When preform colour or size changes, remove all bottles, caps and preforms from blower, filler, mixer and surrounding area. Inspect product hourly during the run as per standard D and record findings. Check bottles hourly for defects:Pearlescence Solid base with small centre Straight neck Check rejections at the checkmat and investigate reasons. Ensure all rejection faults are switched on at checkmat. Check preform rejections and inform team leader of unnecessary rejections. Decant rejected bottles and remove them regularly. Clean blower, filler, mixer and surrounding areas. Clean filter v700 for base cooling promptly after shift start. Clean all on‑line sensors including checkmat cameras promptly after shift start. Assist with maintenance of preform hopper, conveyors, blower, filler, and mixer as instructed by maintenance manager on maintenance day. Hand over your area in a clean, running condition at shift end; receive handover similarly. Report faults or problems as soon as possible. Load preforms during break times as directed. Perform size change as per SOP for blower moulds and filler star wheels. Verify all changes by jogging the machine and inspecting areas where changes occurred. Set conveyors, checkmat and sensors for specific size until first flow‑bin, then run a bottle. Document all activities according to QMS. Perform Autonomous Maintenance Levels 1–4. Manage breakdowns. Maintain general cleaning standards, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment. Complete QMS documentation promptly. Adhere to all Food Safety Standards and report all issues related to the Food Safety Management System to the Food Safety Team. Measure, monitor, and verify Critical Control Points (CCP 1) at predetermined frequencies as per SOP. Experience Minimum 1 year experience in blow moulding equipment.
