Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports Manage general ledger accounts and reconciliations Perform month-end and year-end accounting processes Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities Support financial reporting and management reporting requirements Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory regulations Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors Analyse financial information and identify areas for improvement Support the finance team with ad hoc accounting and reporting duties Job Experience & Qualifications: BCom degree essential 35 years' experience in a Financial Accountant role or similar position Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with month-end and year-end processes Proven reconciliation and general ledger experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Take the next step in your finance career within a forward-thinking organisation that values professionalism, accuracy, and continuous growth.
