To attend the required training hours on site and training Centre as required by the merSETA regulations. To understand and comply with Company Policies and Procedures, including Health and Safety regulations. To attend and fully participate in regular training and development reviews with the mentors/qualified artisans/Team Leaders and HR. Undertakes all work activities willingly, prepared to go the 'extra mile'. Takes responsibility for planning and organising the successful completion of the Apprentice Programme within the required time period.
