The Role Registered Nurse – Part‑time within our Registered Nurse Permanent Pool, covering various residential facilities across the SOR cluster. The roster will cover hours from 3:00 pm to 10:00 am, 70 hours per fortnight, Monday to Friday. Flexibility is key; you may be deployed to different locations within the cluster. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments Safely administer medication to residents Falls management and prevention Complete accurate documentation for residents, ensuring care planning and supporting documents are updated Supervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basis Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to the care staff Comply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with Aged Care Standards and Risk Management Essential Criteria Current AHPRA Registration Evidence of COVID‑19 and current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (valid for 6 months) NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain) Successful completion of pre‑employment medical and reference checks Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation and continuous improvement processes Willingness to attend a 3‑day paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute How To Apply If you are interested in this role and meet the essential criteria, please click the "apply now" button.
