Proven experience in a fine‑dining environment . Preferably experienced in working with the Pilot POS system . Strong leadership presence and ability to manage front‑of‑house operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Well‑presented, professional, and service‑driven. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. Lead, motivate, and manage the service team. Maintain high service standards aligned with fine‑dining expectations. Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service flow. Staff Supervision: Overseeing staff activities to ensure compliance with company policies. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
