You will oversee both Front Office (FO) and Back Office (BO) activities while ensuring robust processes across monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation, and service restoration. Ensure timely resolution of high‑severity failures and network‑impacting events. Implement best practices for O&M operations and improve network stability KPIs. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 8 years in telecom O&M, including 3 years as BO specialist and 2 years in FO leadership. Hands‑on experience resolving critical failure scenarios: RAN: Massive MIMO beam failure Core: AMF cluster outage IP: BGP route leakage Mandatory certification: CCIE / HCIE or equivalent expert‑level accreditation. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end mobile network architecture (RAN, CN, IP). Proven leadership experience in high‑pressure NOC environments. Excellent communication, coordination, and incident management skills.
