Ensure timely resolution of high‑severity failures and network‑impacting events. Implement best practices for O&M operations and improve network stability KPIs. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum 8 years in telecom O&M, including 3 years as BO specialist and 2 years in FO leadership. Hands‑on experience resolving critical failure scenarios: RAN: Massive MIMO beam failure Core: AMF cluster outage IP: BGP route leakage Mandatory certification: CCIE / HCIE or equivalent expert‑level accreditation. Strong understanding of end‑to‑end mobile network architecture (RAN, CN, IP). Proven leadership experience in high‑pressure NOC environments.
