What You’ll Be Doing Handling inbound calls and emails from members, healthcare providers, and brokers with professionalism and empathy Providing clear, helpful information regarding health care Meeting personal and team performance targets Growing your skills – with potential for further training on more complex queries What We’re Looking For Minimum of two (2) years of recent Call Center experience. USA campaign experience is imperative Understanding and experience with types of health insurance plans in the US delivery system, claims, and billing is advantageous Ability to handle assigned projects from start to successful completion including appropriate follow‑up and documentation Ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently in a timely and accurate manner Basic knowledge of CRM systems Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, patience, maturity, empathy, tact, and diplomacy Work Times US hours (Must be able to work flexible shifts) Why you will love working with us!
