Duties and responsibilities: Collaborating with Managers and technicians, Fulfilling warranty requirements, Solving warranty issues, Monitoring defective products, Maintaining records of customer details, and reporting of warranties Requirements: Minimum of 2–3 years in a warranty administration role within a corporate or franchised dealership. Experience as Warranty clerk within Service department. Experience working within a Vehicle dealership and with a corporate brand like MAN, Hino, UD Trucks etc. Attention to detail, focused and excellent communication skills.
