Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journals, reconciliations, and ledgers Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors Handle VAT submissions and statutory returns Monitor cash flow and assist with treasury functions Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making Requirements: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles (advantageous) 35 years relevant accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills (advantageous) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational and time management skills
