TheLead Generation Specialist is responsible for proactively engagingpotential customers to generate qualified leads for the business.Operating within a call centre environment, this role focuses onoutbound calling, basic needs analysis, and accurate capture ofprospective information to support sales and business developmentteams. PURPOSEOF THE ROLE Conductoutbound calls to prospective customers using provideddatabases and dialler systems. Introducethe company, its products or services, and the purpose ofthe call in a clear and professional manner. Identifyand qualify potential leads based on defined criteria (e.g.Interest, eligibility, need). Captureaccurate customer and lead information on CRM or leadmanagement systems. Bookcallbacks, appointments, or referrals for senior sales oradvisory teams where required. Meetor exceed daily and monthly activity and lead generationtargets (calls, contacts, qualified leads). Complywith all scripts, processes, quality standards, andregulatory requirements. Maintaina high level of professionalism, energy, and resilience in ahigh-volume-called environment. Participatein coaching, training, and quality assurance sessions toimprove performance continuously.
