Key Responsibilities Provide end‑to‑end program leadership across five strategic projects, ensuring delivery alignment and portfolio success. Oversee and mentor five Project Managers, driving accountability and performance. Establish and enforce governance frameworks , ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Dive into technical and delivery detail when required to unblock issues and drive resolution. Engage, influence, and manage senior and executive stakeholders , including challenging stakeholders. Operate effectively in dynamic, complex environments , balancing strategic priorities with tactical execution. Ensure proactive risk management, issue resolution, and escalation handling. Mandate Skills & Experience 10+ years program/project management experience in IT or digital delivery environments. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously . Strong technical delivery oversight across enterprise IT, digital platforms, or system integration. Demonstrated stakeholder management at executive level. Track record of enforcing governance and accountability across teams. Highly proactive, results‑driven, with strong focus on timelines and delivery. Preferred Skills Experience in Business Banking / Financial Services environments. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models .
