This position is primarily finance-focused, with additional administrative support responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Finance Capturing debtor and supplier invoices Capturing bank payments and receipts Debtors and creditors reconciliations Tracking company expenses Assisting with management accounts preparationAssisting with VAT, EMP201, and EMP501 submissions Compiling supporting documents for SARS audits Assisting with annual audit preparation CIPC submissions Commission calculations Staff loan deductions Administration Support Monitoring time and attendance Maintaining employee records and administrative documentation Assisting with general administration and operational support Requirements Previous experience in finance and administration Strong organisational and administrative skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to work independently and take ownership Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn Driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle essential Punctuality and professionalism are non-negotiable Advantageous Knowledge of Sage Accounting Knowledge of QuickBooks Background in HR would be advantageous Experience working in a fast-paced environment We are looking for someone who is motivated, eager to grow, and passionate about their work.
