Responsibilities Ensure stable IT operations across Head Office, Business Units, and Data Centre, including end-user support and L3 escalations Manage user lifecycle and access controls across core systems (AD, Microsoft 365, Opera, Simphony, Oracle EBS, etc.) Drive continuous improvement of IT services, service desk, and user satisfaction Define and enforce IT policies, standards, and procedures Lead delivery of strategic IT projects Own infrastructure roadmap (on-prem, Data Centre, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) Lead infrastructure, cloud, and security initiatives (AD hardening, SCCM, Intune, backups, server management) Oversee Microsoft 365 security and endpoint protection tools Monitor and manage Oracle OCI environment Support network and cybersecurity tools deployment and policy enforcement Ensure support, configuration, and performance of core hospitality systems Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams Manage IT budgets (Opex & Capex), assets, vendors, and SLAs Conduct system and access reviews and ensure governance compliance Drive sustainable IT practices Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across all technical streams Lead and Support team performance, engagement, and training Qualifications Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field 7-10 years' IT experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Experience in multi-site environments (hospitality experience is an advantage) Proven experience delivering infrastructure, cloud, and security projects Strong technical expertise across Microsoft ecosystem (AD, SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, Azure), infrastructure & virtualisation (VMware, Hyper‑V, Windows Server, storage), backup & DR (Veeam), cloud platforms (Azure, OCI), security & governance (ISO 27001, EDR, PAM), and hospitality systems (Opera, Simphony, Oracle EBS, TNG Spa or equivalent) Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Azure, ITIL) are an advantage Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders High level of ownership, governance, and communication skills, with flexibility to support after‑hours requirements Valid driving licence with willingness to travel What's on Offer To be part of a well established company with a competitive package #J-18808-Ljbffr
