Huawei Call Center Partner Expansion Engineer Purpose of the position Focus on Call Center solution sales to the customers and build partner channel for it, support Rep office for customer communication, customer requirements collection, producing market insight on call center industry etc Major Compulsory Responsibilities Establish and communicate values of the solutions to customers Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing market insight Work with management to prioritize business and information needs Locate and define new process improvement opportunities Facilitate regular sync meetings to assist in the planning, estimation, alignment, and decision making in relation to solution features and capabilities Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners to help ensure strategy and execution alignment Drive improvement in the areas of efficiency and execution with relevant teams, products, components, functions Requirements Proven experience as call center solution sales or similar position Experience in customer service is required Proficiency with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills with a problem-solving ability Positive and patient High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated Certified Call Center Manager (e.g. CCCM) or equivalent qualification is a plus Required Education / Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor degree in the relevant field.
