What You'll Do Set and drive the national technical sales strategy and revenue targets. Lead, develop, and grow a team of technical sales representatives. Own major client relationships across steel, metals, chemicals, mining supply, and engineering. Build and manage the sales pipeline — from prospecting through to contract close. Drive a consultative, solutions-based selling approach across the team. Identify new verticals and business development opportunities, including sub-Saharan Africa. Report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to the executive team. What You'll Bring Degree in Engineering (Metallurgical, Chemical, Mechanical, or related) OR Commerce with strong technical grounding. 10+ years technical sales experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or team leadership role. Deep knowledge of steel, metals, industrial chemicals, or related process industries. Proven track record of hitting revenue targets and growing accounts in a B2B technical environment. Strong negotiation skills and credibility at plant manager, procurement, and C-suite level. Valid South African driver's licence. Willingness to travel nationally. #J-18808-Ljbffr
