In this role, you will lead testing efforts end-to-end,ensuring that business solutions are thoroughly validated, meet qualitystandards, and are delivered seamlessly into production. You will work closely with cross-functionalteams, providing technical leadership, driving best practices, and ensuringhigh-quality outcomes in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities Leadthe design, coordination, and execution of test plans and test cases forcomplex systems. Translatebusiness and functional requirements into effective testing strategies. Overseetest environment setup, data preparation, and test execution. Managedefect tracking, resolution, and regression testing cycles. Ensureend-to-end system quality, including functional and performance testing. Provideleadership, mentorship, and quality assurance guidance to the testingteam. Maintainaccurate test documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Deliverclear and consistent reporting on test progress, risks, and qualitymetrics. Engagewith stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery. Leadtest closure activities, including sign-off, reporting, and lessonslearned. Requirements Degreeor Diploma in IT or a related field. ISTQB(CTFL or equivalent) certification. 6+years’ experience in a Lead Test Analyst role. Strongexperience in manual testing and SQL. Provenexperience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Deepunderstanding of: Functional,integration, system, and regression testing Structuredtesting methodologies and processes Experiencetesting complex user interfaces. Nice to Have Experiencewith API testing and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, RobotFramework). Exposureto defect management tools (e.g., Remedy or similar). Retailindustry experience.
