This role is focused on driving revenue, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring optimal stock availability aligned with market demand. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding the customer base while maintaining operational efficiency and commercial effectiveness. Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets Market and promote automotive products effectively Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team Ensure optimal stock availability and purchasing decisions Grow and maintain a strong customer base Implement and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Report directly to the General Manager Minimum Requirements Matric (Non-negotiable) Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in the automotive spare parts industry At least 3 years’ management experience within the same industry Skills & Competencies Strong business and commercial acumen Cost-conscious decision-making ability Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to listen, understand, and respond effectively Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Preferred Qualifications Sales and/or Marketing qualification or certification (advantageous)
