Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and execution-focused Marketing Operations Lead to drive the day-to-day effectiveness of the marketing function. This role is responsible for ensuring that marketing projects, processes, and partnerships run smoothly, efficiently, and at high quality. The ideal candidate combines strong operational rigor with stakeholder management skills and has experience managing both internal marketing workflows and external partner relationships. Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Operations Management Assist with day-to-day operations across the marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget Build and manage marketing workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and scalability Coordinate planning cycles (monthly/quarterly) and ensure clear execution alignment across teams Monitor project delivery and troubleshoot operational issues quickly Maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and tracking systems 2. Project Execution & Performance Support Support the execution and rollout of projects across digital and offline channels Ensure proper tracking, reporting, and measurement frameworks are in place Work with analytics teams to monitor performance and optimise ongoing activities Manage marketing tools and platforms (CRM, marketing automation, project management systems) 3. Partner & Vendor Management Own and manage relationships with key external partners, agencies, and vendors. Coordinate deliverables across partners to ensure quality and consistency Negotiate scopes of work, timelines, and budgets with vendors where appropriate Act as the primary operational contact for marketing partnerships 4. Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as the central coordination point between marketing, sales, product, and other teams Ensure strong communication and alignment on project priorities and deliverables Facilitate regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders 5. Process Improvement & Governance Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across marketing operations Drive best practices in project execution, tracking, and reporting Ensure brand, compliance, and operational standards are consistently maintained Key Requirements Experience & Skills 58+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or similar roles Strong project management and organisational skills Experience working with external agencies and managing vendor relationships Familiarity with marketing technology (e.g., CRM, automation platforms, analytics tools) Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Personal Attributes Highly detail-oriented and process-driven Strong problem-solving mentality with a proactive approach Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Collaborative and team-oriented, with strong ownership mindset Success Metrics Timely and successful execution of marketing projects Improved operational efficiency and process clarity Strong partner performance and relationship health Accurate tracking and reporting of marketing activities High internal stakeholder satisfaction Bonus / Nice to Have Experience in scaling marketing operations within a growing organisation Exposure to B2B / B2C multi-channel project environments Experience with budget management and forecasting Only Successful Candidates will be contacted
