KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Host and guide clients through various shooting and outdoor experiences in a professional and engaging manner. Deliver clear firearm safety briefings and hands-on instruction to individuals and groups. Ensure strict adherence to all range safety protocols, firearm legislation, and operational procedures at all times. Oversee daily shooting range operations, including setup, maintenance checks, and closing procedures. Manage firearm, ammunition, and equipment inventory accurately and responsibly. Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready environment throughout the facility. Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences aligned with a premium hospitality standard. Assist with operational planning, bookings coordination, and general workflow management. Contribute creative ideas for events, activations, and new client experiences to support business growth. Respond calmly and professionally in high-pressure or emergency situations. REQUIREMENTS : Valid firearm competency certificate is essential and non-negotiable. Previous experience as a Range Officer, shooting instructor, or within a similar firearms environment is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of firearm safety procedures and legal compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients. Professional, well-presented, and customer-service driven. Strong organizational and leadership abilities. Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible operational hours as required. Experience within hospitality, tourism, adventure, or luxury client environments would be beneficial. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
