This is a volunteer leadership and accountability role designed to ensure that all shared inbox communications — especially applicant and stakeholder emails — are handled with consistency, professionalism, and care. Role Overview Members Of MACT Will Monitor shared inboxes to ensure timely responses Track unanswered or overdue emails Review response timelines and workflow compliance Identify communication gaps and recommend improvements Provide brief audit summaries to leadership Ideal Candidate Detail-oriented and highly organized Objective, neutral, and professional Passionate about accountability and systems improvement Comfortable working within structured processes Committed to upholding high communication standards Why Join MACT?
