About the Role We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Client Engagement & Admin Coordinator to join our growing team. This role combines customer follow-up, administrative support, and process coordination. You will primarily conduct warm outreach to existing customers who have already purchased services or credits, ensuring they make full use of them while maintaining a positive customer experience. The role also includes general administrative support, tracking activity, maintaining organized records, and helping improve internal processes and systems. This position will begin as a part-time role (4–5 hours per day) with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance and capability. Key Responsibilities Conduct warm follow-up outreach with existing customers Ensure clients are utilizing their available credits/services Maintain professional and friendly communication with customers Handle general administrative and coordination tasks Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records Organize and update internal systems and documents Assist in building and improving follow-up workflows and processes Take initiative in identifying operational improvements Support the team with day-to-day administrative needs Requirements Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong organizational and administrative abilities Friendly, professional, and confident personality Self-motivated and proactive Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable speaking with customers and managing multiple tasks Role Details Remote position Approximately 4–5 hours per day to start Fully aligned with U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours Opportunity to transition into a full-time role Training provided on company systems and processes Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is organized, communicative, and naturally takes initiative.
