Fantastic opportunity for a HR Generalist with an automotive company in Johannesburg Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end hiring, from sourcing to facilitating the onboarding process. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and handling disciplinary matters. Compliance & Admin: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records. Performance & Talent: Coordinate performance review cycles, training, and talent development initiatives. Compensation & Benefits: Assist with payroll administration and explain benefits programs to employees Requirements: Relevant Human Resources or related tertiary qualification 3–5 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role 1–2 years’ experience in payroll administration 2–4 years’ experience in industrial relations Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing the full B-BBEE function Experience with Sage VIP Payroll (advantageous) Experience within the MIBCO environment (advantageous) Bilingual in Afrikaans and English Experience in the automotive motor industry
