About Delta‑v Delta‑v builds and operates outbound SDR teams for B2B fintech companies. We partner with growing fintech businesses to design, execute and optimise their go‑to‑market motion through structured systems, data and performance management. About The Role This role sits at the centre of our commercial engine. You will own our reporting, sales tech stack, data infrastructure and automation roadmap. You'll have the opportunity to implement AI‑driven workflows, evaluate and select vendors, design scalable systems, and directly influence how we operate internally and for our clients. There is significant ownership from day one - you will be accountable for performance reporting, tech stack management and client-facing insights. Over time, there is scope to expand into broader Revenue Operations, commercial strategy or leadership responsibilities. Day‑to‑day, you will manage Salesforce and Salesloft configuration, generate and clean B2B data, build dashboards, automate workflows, support SDR reporting, manage vendors and oversee new client tech onboarding. Requirements You’ll be a great fit if you meet all of these requirements: Degree in Maths, Engineering, Finance or similar Experience Minimum 6+ years' work experience in tech‑forward small or mid‑sized companies Demonstrated career stability (2+ years in each role) Experience cleaning, structuring and manipulating data to create reports Hard Skills Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (data cleaning, modelling, dashboards) Experience building reports and dashboards Experience working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) Process documentation and implementation experience Experience managing or configuring technology platforms Domain Knowledge Exposure to B2B sales environments Understanding of sales funnels, pipeline reporting and outbound campaigns Benefits Annual performance bonus 20 days annual leave Mac book Autonomy Opportunity to implement AI and automation initiatives Office in Claremont #J-18808-Ljbffr
