Description: Lead and manage the new vehicle sales department Drive monthly sales performance and profitability targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies Monitor sales activities and ensure target achievement Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team Oversee vehicle stock management and showroom presentation Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations Analyse market trends and competitor activity Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts Requirements: Grade 12 / National Certificate Valid South African drivers license Computer literate (MS Office Suite and dealership systems) Minimum 35 years experience in motor vehicle sales management Proven experience within a premium or luxury automotive brand environment Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
