RedCat Recruitment urgently is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced IT SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER (REMOTE) for a growing, well-established large concern, position based in South Africa. !PERSON MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY! REQUIREMENTS Grade 12. Relevant qualification/s. 58 years of experience in a similar position. Proven experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, or Service Coordination roles. Previous hands-on experience as a Network Engineer (essential )! Strong understanding of network lifecycle (design, deployment, migration, validation), optical transport / networking environments (DWDM, L0/L1, etc). Experience interacting with customers, cross-functional delivery teams and engineering resources. Daily collaboration with teams based in Europe. Would only suit a person with high level of autonomy and accountability, ability to work across time zones and cultures, strong communication and self-management skills. Service delivery ownership experience (the main focus). Service presales and opportunity support. Technical oversight (network engineering background). Financial and commercial accountability. This position involves someone with strong network engineering background to support customer engagements, pre-sales activities and service delivery development within the Middle East and Africa regions. The primary focus of the role is service delivery ownership and coordination, ensuring that customer engagements are well-structured, deliverable and aligned with business objectives.
