Key Responsibilities Oversee overall plant operations, ensuring performance targets and operational standards are achieved. Lead and develop teams, driving engagement, capability building, and organizational effectiveness. Coordinate key functions including production, technical, logistics, and quality. Ensure efficient daily operations across production output, material flows, and product quality. Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring activities. Track and improve key operational KPIs, promoting efficiency and accountability. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost optimization, process efficiency, and operational excellence. Act as a representative towards external stakeholders when required. Requirements Experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar role within the plastic industry. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent. Working knowledge of WCM standards and ERP systems. Understanding of supply chain processes and HSE best practices.
