The primary responsibility of this role is to contact prospective clients, warm up leads, and ensure smooth coordination of appointments for Sales Consultants. The Lead Warmer optimizes the sales process by enabling Sales Consultants to focus on closing sales and delivering value-added services to clients. Requirements Minimum Required Qualifications: Matric certification. RE5 and FAIS qualifications (e.g. NQF5 Wealth Management) are advantageous. Minimum Required Experience.
